100 Pushup Workout
I recently started following Guy Kawasaki on Twitter and he posted about some of the best workout plans to get in shape. One of them was the 100 pushups in 6 weeks plan. I started it up tonight. My initial test was 22 pushups (burl dog, burl!). I just finished the 1st workout. Turns out my buddy N8 is doing the same workout and started tonight as well. So we can now kick each other's butts into gear for the next 6 weeks.
